 What’s New for the 2024 Chevrolet Equinox?

The Equinox has been Chevrolet’s best-selling crossover SUV for many years, and its lasting appeal is rooted in its value, advanced features, and great aesthetics. In 2024, the Equinox maintains its engaging style and introduces two paint colors. These are Riptide Blue and Lakeshore Blue. The style includes subtle curves through the profile as well as striking side contouring. The front end boasts a wide grille with a double-bar accent piece running across the top. The LED headlights are divided into upper and lower sections.

In addition to the new exterior colors, the optional Driver Confidence II package has been updated. This package is only available with the LS trim. It includes rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, and a rear cross-traffic sensor.

For all trim levels, the 2024 Chevrolet Equinox continues to be available with a 175-horsepower, four-cylinder, turbo 1.5-liter engine. It features a front-wheel drive and a six-speed auto transmission for all trims; all-wheel drive is optional.

Suppose you choose the base LS trim level. In that case, your 2024 Equinox will have a wireless hotspot, two USB ports, forward collision mitigation, heated side mirrors, wireless smartphone app connections, a push-button ignition, satellite radio, a rear-seat reminder, and lane-keeping assistance.

Suppose you prefer to drive a higher trim level. In that case, standard and optional features may include remote engine start, a power liftgate, a two-zone auto climate control system, heated front seats, an HD backup camera, adaptive cruise control, a household power outlet, leather upholstery, a Bose sound system with seven speakers, ambient cabin lights, a wireless charging pad, a heated steering wheel, a larger touch display screen, driver’s memory controls, a hands-free liftgate, parking sensors, a panoramic sunroof, automated parking assistance and a navigation system.
