Professional, courteous and personal attention and service. From the moment I walked in the door unannounced and early (830am) on a Saturday morning I felt welcomed by the receptionist and Gloria. Gloria immediately greeted me and took me to her desk and we talked about the vehicle I was interested . Then she got busy on her computer and we talked trim levels and pricing. Aubrey then assisted in procuring the best pricing with my incentives and trade. Over the next few days I called with questions as I waited for Aubrey to locate my vehicle and the responses were professional and courteous. I never felt intimidated or bothersome.
